BACKGROUND
EuroAsian is a Dutch consulting network company founded by Vivek Nagpaul in 2005 is enabling academic institutions and companies in exploring business opportunities in Europe and Asia. Key services include developing and managing (academic and industry) partnerships, new ventures and human resources. EuroAsian has organised 6 international conferences and 4 missions to develop partnerships in India and Europe and additionally provided business contacts for 5 companies from Netherlands, Spain and Italy. We are organising as part of this mission the 7th EuroAsian Entrepreneurship and Management Network conference in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in New Delhi on 21 and 22 October 2008. 20 Oct.2008: Matchmaking as requested and informal networking dinner
21, 22 Oct. 08: 7th EuroAsian Entrepreneurship and Management Network Conference at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
23 Oct.2008: Travel to Bangalore in the evening (day in Delhi can be spent for any follow-up meetings from conference or matchmaking as requested)
24 Oct.2008: Matchmaking as requested, Bangalore
25 Oct.2008: Travel in morning to Mumbai for matchmaking as requested, Mission wrap-up and farewell dinner
26 Oct.2008: Depart from Mumbai back home

MATCHMAKING
There are 2 levels of matchmaking offered:
Level1 – a match at industry or sector level (up to 3 such requests are included in the basic consulting fee), there is a fee for additional Level1 match requests, see below.
Level2 – a match with an organisation that has a genuine interest to do business with you, where there will be significant possibility to develop a MoU or Letter of Intent, possibly within months. There is a fee for Level2 match requests, see below.

YOUR INVESTMENT (one week 19-26 October 2008)
1. Basic consulting fee per participant: £2000, (40% discount for each additional person from same organisation). These fees include conference entry in New Delhi plus three Level1 match requests that can be combined with any of the 3 cities we are visiting, e.g. you may opt for 1 match at each city or 3 in one. If you require match at cities not listed please let us know, and we will do our best to arrange it.
2. Fees for matchmaking request: Up to 3 Level1 match requests are included in basic consulting fee, additional such requests attract a fee of £500 each. Each Level2 match request is charged at £1250, (fees cover research and operational costs associated in identifying appropriate match as well as agenda setting and meeting coordination).
3. We will commence meeting co-ordination upon receipt of the 1st instalment of £500 (received no later than 12th September) plus the full amounts for any additional matchmaking requests. We require the balance of £1500 to be settled by 2nd October, and upon receipt we will provide you your final personal itinerary with the confirmed meetings. We offer a £200 early bird discount if full fees are settled by 12th September. Please note that we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellation as we would have already made the investment.
4. Please add 17.5% VAT to all fees.

Based on our past experience we would advise you to reserve around £1500 for your food, flights (both domestic and international) and accommodation, (assuming economy class travel and 3 to 4 star hotels).

YOUR PERSONAL MEETING AGENDA AND TRAVEL ITINERARY
We will organise your meeting agenda over the period of 20-25 October at locations New Delhi-Bangalore-Mumbai, to include any matchmaking requests. The itinerary should be available to you from 6th October (the deadline for final payment). As we want to allow you the flexibility to manage your own time, it will be your decision to follow the itinerary to letter or skip parts that you feel are not relevant to you.
For travel and accommodation bookings you have 2 options:
1. Make your own arrangements or
2. At a fee we can organise it for you. We will engage the travel operator on your behalf to get you the best deal. Full booking details will be provided to you and you are responsible to book and meet the payments directly with the travel operator.

Finally all participants should ensure that they have a valid visa and travel insurance secured before travel date. We advise that you apply for a conference visa.
